Tips

1. When the pressure drop reaches 70-90kPa, the filter element will automatically break and relieve pressure. Therefore, there is no need for a relieve valve. But we have to replace the filter element when the filter element is broken or visible oil fumes appear at the exhaust port.

2. When the pressure gauge points the red area (≥40kPa), the filter element needs to be replaced.

3. When the filter element has been in use for more than 2000 hours, it is recommended to replace the element.

4. When replacing the filter element, it is necessary to replace the vacuum pump oil at the same time. If the oil is black or has become gelatinous or deteriorated, or there is a lot of particulate matter in the oil, it is necessary to first clean the vacuum pump before replacing a new filter element. It allows the filter element to last longer.

Material Description

1. The filter housing is made of carbon steel with seamless welding process, and the inside and outside are treated with electrostatic spraying. Thus it has beautiful appearance and strong rust resistance. Besides, it has passed leak testing to ensure that there is no oil leakage during use before leaving the factory.

2. The key filter media is glass fiber fabric imported form Germany. It has characters of excellent corrosion resistance, high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop. And there is also a filter media around it. The peripheral filter is made of PET, which has excellent oleophobicity, flame resistance and corrosion resistance.
