Material Description

1. The case has been polished, made of stainless steel 304.
2. The core filter medium is fiberglass fabric imported from Germany. Its filtering efficiency is high while the pressure drop is low.
3. The peripheral filter medium is PET which has the features of oleophobicity and corrosion resistance.
4. The pressure valve is made of stainless steel. There also is fluorine rubber sealing gasket. They both have great oil resistance and sealing performance.
5. The covers are made of PA66 and GF30. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Suggestions

1. The vacuum pump oil should be replaced before replacing the filter element.
2. The vacuum pump should be cleaned first if the pump oil becomes black or has been emulsified.
3. The filter element should be replaced if it has been used for over 2,000 hours.
4. The filter element should be replaced if the safety valve opens, and visible smoke appears at the outlet port.

Q&A

1. Is the pressure valve also made of stainless steel 304?

Not. We adopt imported 301 stainless steel springs. Our spring's elasticity hardly decays, ensuring the normal operation of the pressure valve. Some low-quality filter elements, although equipped with safety valves, do not open when the element is clogged. That is because the spring's elasticity has decayed during use, and there is not enough elasticity to open the pressure valve.

Inlet and outlet ports of all case could be customized. Please kindly inform us the specific model. And our technicians will confirm whether the interface is suitable for welding onto the filter you need.
