Tips

1. There is no relief valve. Our filter element will automatically break to relieve pressure when the pressure drop reaches 70-90kPa. Thus, when the filter element is broken or visible oil fumes appear at the exhaust port, the filter element should be replaced .

2. When the pressure exceed 40kPa (the red area in pressure gauge), the filter element should be replaced.

3. It’s suggested to replace the filter element when it has been in use for more than 2000 hours.

4. We suggest that you should replace the vacuum pump oil when replacing the filter element. And if you find the oil has been polluted (has become black, gelatinous or deteriorated, or there is lots of particulate matter in the oil), you should clean the vacuum pump before replacing a new filter element. It will make your vacuum pump and filter element last longer.

5. We use two-stage filtration, so there are two filter elements inside one filter. The low efficiency filter element can extend the service life of high-efficiency filter element. Generally, only the HEPA one need to be replaced.

Material Description

1. The filter housing is made of carbon steel with electrostatic spraying treatment and seamless welding process, and the inside and outside are . Therefore, it has characters of beautiful appearance and strong rust resistance. Moreover, it has passed leak test before leaving the factory.

2. The key filter media is glass fiber fabric imported form Germany with high filtration efficiency, low pressure drop and excellent corrosion resistance. And the other filter media around it is made of PET with excellent oleophobicity, flame resistance and corrosion resistance.
