• 1.Your product page show the general choices of inlet and outlet ports are ISO200 or DN200. May I have the all choices?

Sorry, we don’t have a list about the flanges of inlet and outlet ports. It's just that our regular interfaces are these two types. And they are customizable. Please kindly tell us the specific model or provide the drawings of them.

• 2.How much stock of the filter in ISO200 do you have?

Sorry for that we don’t have a stock of it. Although the interface model is one of our general models, it doesn’t means we have a stock. In the fact, these filters are usually customized. They have subtle or significant differences, and further processing will increase our costs. If we stock up at the same standard, it may cause a backlog of goods. Thus, these types of filters are only arranged for production after placing an order. Please kindly understand that.

• 3.What about the delivery time?

20 working days at least. Production of the filter may not take such a long time, but we are also producing products for other orders, so it usually takes 20 working days to deliver base on the production schedule. But our salesperson will inform you of the expected delivery time. They will also keep up with the production progress and report to you through photos and other forms.
