Function:

Prevent the vacuum pump from inhaling dust and being worn out, while also preventing emulsification of vacuum pump oil.

Description:

1. The casing is made of carbon steel. (Stainless steel 304/316L is optional)
2. Applying seamless welding technology with leakage rate of 1*10^-3Pa/L/s.

4. The flanges of inlet and outlet can be customized.

1.Is there a filter element in the housing?

You can purchase a assembly as a set or only the outer casing. We will provide separate prices for the casing and filter element you require. As the product page shows, we offer carbon steel casing and stainless steel casing. About the filter cartridge, there are 3 media - paper, polyester and stainless steel. They have different specifications even if made of same material. For example, the paper filter cartridge has 2um and 5um. You can inform us of your operating conditions and we will recommend a suitable filter element for you.

2.Could you provide a free filter cartridge?

Due to the high price of this filter element, we are unable to provide free samples. We suggest that you buy more filter cartridges as spare, as they are consumables. If you make a bulk order, we will offer you a great discount. If you are not confident in our products, you can also buy a set for trial first.

3.The interface size can be customized as your website shows, right? Can the color be customized?

Yes, the interface size can be customized, and please kindly tell us the specific model. The color of casing also could be customized. Default to black although our brochure show a white one.
