We can convert or customize the interface size based on your requirement. It won’t affect the leakage rate of 1*10-2Pa/L/S.

The shell made of carbon steel is seamlessly welded. And we use electrostatic spraying technology on the surface, so it is not easy to rust.

3.I want to filter 2 microns of dry dust in an environment below 100 degrees Celsius, which filter material should I choose?

You can choose the conventional wood pulp paper material, its price is the cheapest, and its filtration efficiency is more than 99% for 2 micron particles. But you have to note that it is only suitable for dry environment.

4.Can wood pulp paper filter 5 microns particles? What is the filtration efficiency?

The other specifications can filter 5 microns particles . The filtration efficiency is more than 99%.

5.I want to filter dust particles in a humid environment below 100 degrees Celsius, which filter material should I choose? What is the filtration efficiency?

You can choose polyester non-woven, which can filter more than 99% of 6 microns dust particles. or 95% of 0.3 microns dust particles. It can be cleaned with water.

6.Is there a filter material suitable for around 200 degrees Celsius?

Sure, stainless steel. Although its filtration accuracy is low with high cost, it is resistant to corrosion and high temperature below 200 degrees Celsius. And it can be repeatedly washed with water, so it is widely used.
