1.What are the benefits of a stainless steel housing?

Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and is aesthetically pleasing. Besides, our housing adopts seamless welding technology leading to a leakage rate of 1*10-5Pa/L/s.

2.What is the difference between the three filter Cartridges?

a. Cartridge made of Wood Pulp Paper is suitable for dry conditions below 100℃. It is the cheapest with high filter accuracy and dust holding. The general type is for filtering 2um dust particles, and its filtration efficiency is more than 99%. The other specification is for filtering 5um dust particles, and its filtration efficiency is more than 99%.
b. Cartridge made of Polyester Non-Woven also have high filter accuracy. But it can be applied to humid conditions below 100℃. It can be cleaned by washing with water. Two to three times is advisable. Excessive cleaning will affect filtration efficiency. The general specification is for filtering 6um dust particles, and its filtration efficiency is more than 99%. The other specification made of composite materials is for filtering 0.3um dust particles, and its filtration efficiency is more than 95%.
c. Cartridge made of Stainless Steel is the most expensive but worth it. It has great temperature resistance (below 200℃) and corrosion resistance. What’s more, it can repeatedly clean and use. The general specifications’ mesh sizes are 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 500 mesh. Sizes of other specifications are 100 mesh, 800 mesh and 1000 mesh.
