Gas-Liquid Separator Cooling through a Chiller

Function: 

Installed at the exhaust port of the fan or vacuum pump, it can separate and collect the liauid in thegas. So it can prevent the chamber from sucking the liguid or prevent the vacuum pump oil frompollution.

Operating Principle:

  • The high-temperature gas flows from top to bottom in the special spiral pipe, andgenerates heat exchange with the cooling liquid during the flow process. Therebythe gas quickly cool down, while the vaporized water condenses into water dropletsAs the spiral pipe and the liquid storage tank are separated, eventually the waterwill drip into the liquid storage tank due to gravity, and the gas will float upwardafter coming out of the pipe.
