Gas-Liquid Separator for Low Vacuum

Filtration Efficiency: >90% for liquid

Function: 

Installed at the exhaust port of the fan or vacuum pump, it can separate and collect the liguidin the gas. So it can prevent the chamber from sucking the liquid or prevent the vacuum pump oil from pollution.

Operating Principle:

  • Gas flows at high speed from top to bottom in the special spiral tube. Water will flow along theouter edge of the pipe under the action of centrifugal force, while gas will flow alongtheinner edge. As the spiral pipe and the liquid storage tank are separated, eventually the watelwill drip into the liquid storage tank due togravity, and the gas will float upward after comingout of the pipe.
