In today's world where various vacuum processes are constantly emerging and widely used, vacuum pumps are no longer mysterious and have become auxiliary production equipment used in many factories. We need to take corresponding protective measures according to different usage situations to ensure the safe operation of the vacuum pump. The most common factor that may cause harm to vacuum pumps is dust particles, so vacuum pumps are generally equipped with inlett filters to filter out dust particles.
The dust intercepted by the inlet filter will remain on its surface. Over time, a lot of dust will accumulate on the surface of the filter element, making it difficult for gas to circulate and causing the vacuum pump to fail to achieve the predetermined vacuum degree. So users need to clean or replace the filter element within a certain period according to their own working conditions. However, some factories have a large amount of dust, which requires users to frequently clean or replace filter element. Experienced users are aware that this process is very time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially for large filters that often require several people to work together.
Is there any way to solve this problem? Yes, the blowback filter can effectively solve this problem. There is a blowback port at the exhaust port of the blowback filter. Cleaning the filter element does not require opening the cover, only using an air gun or other means to allow airflow to enter through the blowback port. Dust will be blown down to the bottom of the filter's discharge port by the reverse airflow.
Backblow filters save factories a lot of time and manpower by simplifying the cleaning process. In the future, we will develop and share more vacuum pump filters. If interested, just contact us to learn more.
