The Vacuum Pump Oil is Still Frequently Contaminated with Inlet Traps?

Oil sealed vacuum pumps are widely used in various fields. I believe that the contamination of vacuum pump oil is a common problem that every vacuum pump user encounters. The vacuum pump oil is frequently contaminated, although the cost of replacement is high, in order to avoid damage to the vacuum pump body, users just have to change the oil. In fact, just installing an intake vacuum filter can effectively prevent contamination of the vacuum pump oil. And it saves much money.

We have a customer who reported that he still cannot solve the problem after installing our intake filter. However, based on the customer's video footage, we were unable to find anything wrong, so we ultimately decided to dispatch engineers to the site to investigate the cause. After careful inspection, our engineers confirmed that there were no issues with the filter and vacuum pump. So they planned to have the customer replace the vacuum pump oil to see if there were any problems during the operation. Later, they saw that the customer was going to pour in new oil without cleaning the fuel tank. Now, it is obvious that it was caused by improper operation. After communicating with the customer, it was learned that he did not clean up the old oil and the fuel tank when adding new oil. This is why the new oil is quickly contaminated.

LVGE reminds you here:

1. Clean the old oil and the oil tank when replacing the vacuum pump oil .

2. Do not mix different brands and models of vacuum pump oil

3. Keep the oil inlet port and tools clean,

4. Store the vacuum pump oil in a cool and dry place.

Last but not least, choose a good inlet traps is a worthy and cost-effective solution. LVGE Filters are trustworthy!
