Many vacuum pump users complain that the vacuum pump they use leaks or sprays oil, but they do not know the specific reasons. Today we will analyze the common causes of oil leakage in vacuum pump filters. Take fuel injection as an example, if the exhaust port of the vacuum pump is not equipped with a good vacuum pump filter, and the operation method is wrong, it is very likely that fuel injection will occur. Oil leakage may occur in the whole vacuum pump system.
1. Problems in the assembly process The oil seal may be deformed due to the effect of press fitting; scratches on the lip during assembly may also cause oil leakage.
2. The elasticity of oil seal spring does not meet the requirements. The material and quality of the oil seal spring are different, and the spring will fail, resulting in abnormal wear of the oil seal and eventually oil leakage.
3. Causes of oil The selected oil may have an effect on the oil seal material, causing the material to harden or soften and crack. Incorrect oil selection may also result in oil injection from the vacuum pump filter.
4. Sealing failure The vacuum pump filter has its own sealing method. If the seal fails, oil leakage will occur. Not only the oil mist separator at the exhaust port, but also the seal failure may occur anywhere with a seal. Therefore, when oil leakage occurs, all the seals of the vacuum equipment should be checked.
These are the common causes of oil leakage in vacuum pumps. LVGE specialized in the production of vacuum pump filters for more than ten years. We have their own independent laboratory, which can complete a total of 27 tests from raw materials to finished products before shipment. We strictly control the quality and bring the best quality products to customers. We are serious about making vacuum pump filters.
