The vacuum pump inlet filter, also known as the intake filter, is a critical component installed at the inlet of a vacuum pump. LA-201ZB (F004): Suitable for vacuum pumps with a flow rate of 40~100 m³/h. The filter element size is Ø1006070mm, and the interface size is KF25 or KF40 (optional).
LA-202ZB (F003): Suitable for vacuum pumps with a flow rate of 100~150 m³/h. The filter element size is Ø12865125mm, and the interface size is KF40.
LA-204ZB (F006): Suitable for vacuum pumps with a flow rate of 160~300 m³/h. The filter element size is Ø12865240mm, and the interface size is KF50.

Filter Element Materials and Applicable Conditions
We provide a range of filter element materials to meet different operating conditions:
Pulp Paper Material: Suitable for dry dust environments with temperatures below 100°C. It offers high dust-holding capacity and cost-effectiveness but is not suitable for humid environments and cannot be washed.
Polyester Non-Woven Fabric Material: Suitable for humid environments with temperatures below 100°C. It is washable and has a wider range of applications, though it is relatively more expensive.
Stainless Steel Material: Suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments with temperatures up to 200°C. It has relatively lower precision but can be repeatedly washed and reused, making it versatile, though more costly.
Filtration Efficiency
Standard Materials: Filtration efficiency for 2-micron dust particles exceeds 99% (pulp paper material); for 6-micron dust particles, it exceeds 99% (polyester non-woven fabric material); common precision levels are 200/300/500 mesh (stainless steel material).
Optional Specifications: Filtration efficiency for 5-micron dust particles exceeds 99% (pulp paper material); for 0.3-micron particles, it reaches 95% (polyester non-woven fabric material); optional precision levels are 100/800/1000 mesh (stainless steel material).
