  • 1.Does the filter include the housing and filter element?
  1. Yes. We also sell the housing and filter separately, both of which can be customized.
  • 2.What material is the housing made of?
  1. The housing is made of 304 stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, it also has outstanding sealing performance with seamless welding technology. Its leakage rate is 1*10-5Pa/L/s.
  • 3.What material is the filter element made of?
  1. Actually, there are three kinds of filter elements made of different materials: Wood Pulp Paper, Polyester Non-Woven and Stainless Steel. The filter element made of wood pulp paper or polyester non-woven is applied to conditions below 100℃ with high filter fineness. The former can only be used in dry conditions, while the latter can be used in humid conditions. As for the filter element made of stainless steel, due to its high temperature resistance (below 200℃), waterproofing and corrosion resistance, it can be applied in many fields. Although it is the most expensive, it can be repeatedly cleaned and used, making it more durable.
  • 4.What are the filtration efficiency of these filter elements?
  1. a. Wood Pulp Paper: the filtration efficiency of general type for filtering 2um dust particles is over 99%. The one of the other specification for filtering 5um dust particles is over 99%.
  2. b. Polyester Non-Woven: the filtration efficiency of general type for filtering 6um dust particles is over 99%. The one of the other specification for filtering 0.3um dust particles is over 95%.
  3. c. Stainless Steel: the general specifications are designed for 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 500 mesh. Other specifications are designed for 100 mesh, 800 mesh and 1000 mesh.
