There are three filter materials - stainless steel, polyester non-woven and wood pulp paper.
When the temperature is below 100 degrees Celsius, you can choose wood pulp paper and polyester non-woven. The difference between them is that the later can be used in humid environments, but the former can’t. So the cost of polyester non-woven fabric will be higher than that of wood pulp paper. For use in a high temperature environment below 200 degrees Celsius or a corrosive environment, it is recommended to use stainless steel. Although the cost is higher than the other two materials, it can be repeatedly washed and used. The filtration accuracy of it is low compared with the other two filter materials.
Firstly, general Wood pulp paper is for 2 microns with filtration efficiency of more than 99%. We also have a filter paper that can filter 5 microns particles, with a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
Secondly, Our conventional polyester non-woven fabric material can filter 6 microns dust particles, with a filtration efficiency of over 99%. There is also a composite material with a filtration efficiency of 95% for particles of 0.3 microns.
Thirdly, the typical specifications of stainless steel is 200 mesh, 300 mesh and 500 mesh. Others include 100 mesh, 800 mesh and 1000 mesh, etc.
