What is the difference between the oil filter and the oil mist filter?

The oil filter is installed on the oil circulation pipeline of the vacuum pump, filtering impurities in the vacuum pump oil to maintain its purity. The oil mist filter is installed at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, filtering the upcoming fumes to avoid polluting the environment and endangering human health.

Why are products so heavy?

Wood pulp paper is the filter material which is just one of the accessories. In addition to it, there are also many metal components, such as check valves, bypass valve, metal nets, etc.

What are the functions of bypass valve and check valves?

The bypass valve ensures oil supply under all conditions, including cold start, low temperatures, and when the filter element is heavily clogged. The check valves prevent oil from draining during flame-out and ensures a quick supply of oil when the engine starts.

What about the lead time?

We currently only supply standard parts for oil filters. Generally, we deliver the standard parts within one week for foreign customers, and domestic orders of standard parts can be delivered on the same day. The actual arrival time required depends on the logistics. Please kindly note that we will ship the goods after receiving the payment.
